Gib brings his extensive experience to working collaboratively with organisations to help them develop tailored inclusive business strategies, citizenship initiatives, models of social intraneurship, and to find ways to inspire, retain and develop employees.



With a range of published work, Gib has written for Businessweek, Stanford Social Innovation Review, the Huffington Post, Devex and Bloomberg Businessweek. He is a Visiting Fellow at the Doughty Centre for Corporate Responsibility, Cranfield University.
